Modern life can be busy and requires we process a lot of information every day. This creates load on the nervous system that can lead to mental and physical stress,  fatigue and at times can be the catalyst for illness.

Meditation is beneficial for daily recovery and enhancement of the body and mind making it a powerful support for our modern lives.  

Learning this technique is an investment into your wellbeing that will continue to grow as you practice.

course structure

3 x 1.5 hr sessions 

In this course you will learn this simple meditation technique and receive all the support and information for you to create an independent daily practice...for life. 

SESSION ONE: Learning the technique and its benefits.

SESSION TWO: Practicing and creating a daily meditation habit.

SESSION THREE: Understanding the mind and how meditation enhances the experience of flow in our lives. 

 

*no prior Yoga or meditation experience is necessary

*participants are welcome to resit the course with Josh or Irene free of charge for the first year.

A Community for a Lifetime

This course will not only teach you how to develop a daily, independent meditation practice but you will also become a lifetime member of our OM People meditation community with FREE WEEKLY GROUP MEDITATIONS for those who have studied with us.

These weekly groups will support your regular practice, provide a space to share your meditation experiences, learn deeper knowledge about meditation and connect you with other local meditators.
